Automated Parts Washer

Pictured at this manufacturing facility is an ADF 3-stage automated pass-thru parts washer system.
   

This custom unit was designed with both performance and durability in mind. Features include the following:

  • 480 volt 3-phase, 3-stage wash system (wash, rinse and heated blow off)

  • Motorized conveyor system with adjustable conveyor speed

  • Stainless steel construction

  • Dual metering detergent injection system

  • 10 micron canister filter (standard)

  • Low water shut off/autofill

  • 24/7 programmable heat times
